NIGHTMARE Negative: Guest Complaint Report – Booking.com The apartment was in extremely poor condition, with multiple maintenance and comfort issues that significantly affected the quality of the stay. Furthermore, no effective assistance was provided to resolve these problems, making the overall experience highly disappointing. 1. Broken Shower and Bathroom Flooding The shower was broken, and the bathroom fixtures were leaking, causing water to accumulate on the floor and resulting in flooding. This made the bathroom difficult to use properly and demonstrated a clear lack of maintenance. 2. Uncomfortable Bed and Excessive Noise The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the pillows were excessively large, and the bed frame produced considerable noise, making it difficult to sleep and rest properly. 3. Defective Refrigerator Door The refrigerator door was faulty and shifted out of alignment every time it was opened. It had to be manually repositioned after each use, causing unnecessary inconvenience. 4. Apartment Location The apartment is located one floor above the elevator. 5. Lack of Assistance Despite the seriousness of these issues, no effective assistance was provided to resolve the situation. The combination of poor maintenance, uncomfortable sleeping conditions, and inadequate support made the stay unacceptable. 6. Report Submitted to Booking.com All the issues mentioned above have already been reported to Booking.com, and photographic and video evidence has been submitted. Booking.com is currently attempting to intervene and find a solution to the situation. Final Assessment The apartment failed to meet reasonable standards of maintenance, comfort, and customer service. The number of issues encountered, combined with the lack of effective assistance, resulted in an extremely negative experience. I would never repeat this experience or choose this accommodation again.

Positive: Το κατάλυμα είναι όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες και καλύτερο, πραγματικά από τις καλύτερες θεές να ξυπνάς και το μπαλκόνι άνετο συμπληρώνοντας το κατάλυμα.

Positive: Fantastic Acropolis view ( front the bed top), private hot tub, soundproof windows, well-organized airport transfer, beautiful room design, air-conditioned room, huge terrace Negative: In cloudy weather, filling the hot tub may be slower due to the solar panels

Amazing location and views Positive: This apartment is all about the views which are just stunning. Great location within walking distance of everywhere. Great to have fridge and kettle facilities in the space. Negative: Apartment was very cold as there was no remote for the aircon but once we requested this and received it it improved. The apartment could do with a small hoover or brush as we were there for 5 days. It did take about 1 hour to fill up the jacuzzi bath (not hot tub) but it was worth it with the amazing location.
