Positive: Clean and modern; nice host; easy and timely communication; clear instructions; looks like safe area; 1 min walk to bus station - easy to go to city center; very good ratio "price-quality".
Negative: 10 minutes walking to metro; no luggage storage; no nearby restaurants (all at more than 500 meters); pillows were not very comfortable; the need for half an hour switch on for the hot water before shower

Positive: Beautiful and new property!
