Positive: Nothing Negative: Worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The customer service was extremely disappointing. After paying a significant amount for the stay, we received no flexibility, no understanding, and no willingness to help. When we requested fresh towels, our request was refused. When we asked for a short late check-out because of a delayed flight, we were asked to pay an additional €50 just to stay a couple more hours. What was most frustrating was the inconsistency in communication. First, the management apologized and acknowledged the issues we raised, then later claimed everything was according to their policy. Instead of focusing on guest satisfaction, every request seemed to be met with extra charges. I travel frequently and have stayed in many apartments and hotels, but I have never experienced such poor treatment. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to anyone looking for good customer service or hospitality.

Ideale per visitare Atene a piedi Positive: Soggiorno di 3 notti molto piacevole. La struttura si trova in una posizione eccellente per visitare Atene a piedi e raggiungere facilmente i principali punti di interesse. Stanza pulita e ben insonorizzata, ideale per un soggiorno di qualche notte. Facilmente raggiungibile anche dall’aeroporto (metro diretta per Monastiraki). Il prezzo è un po’ alto, ma credo dipenda dalla posizione davvero strategica. Unica pecca, la biancheria non viene cambiata automaticamente, ma l’host la fornisce su richiesta con un costo aggiuntivo.

Positive: Great location, and safe for lone travelers. Very good facilities and clean. Negative: On Friday and Saturday nights, it gets a little noisy from the bars across the street, but it's tolerable.
