Perfect Positive: The location is perfect, with a short walking distance from almost all of the sightseeing . Restaurants, shops are at the doorstep. Apartment itself very clean and newish, comfy mattress , nicely decorated. The host is kind and very responsive . Highly recommend this place, very good base to explore Athens .

Don't go there. Will definitely not go back again Positive: Location Negative: Terrible communication!!! Was ok in the beginning and replied quickly for logistics But once there was some problem, the guy just disappeared and took long time to reply!!! Also, this guy tried to make me an idiot, when some things didn't work, he repeated over and over about the same things that I told him I already tried Beside that 1. I was ready for non-quite area, as I read from other reviews, and also knowing this street But one thing I wasn't ready to, is the smell!!! All the smell from restaurants on the streets gets to the room So nit only it's not soundproof, it's also not smell proof!! Bed smell of fried food all over the room 2. Also if you like to sleep in the dark, get ready for waking up early, as the curtain doesn't do anything 3. Shower room doesn't clost to the end. It's a slide door, and there is a gap of 1 inch that doesn't close So no privacy in the toilet/shower Also smells comes out from there because it's not really closed. 4. I felt sick on a Saturday night, when all pharmacies are closed until Monday, I asked the guy where there is an on-call pharmacy, he didn't really make an effort to help. He suggested pharmacy that is 20 min away by taxi. While I went to one reception in next door hotel, where he help me find that the pharmacy on the street is opened, and also gave me paracetamol to have in the meanwhile. So I got better service in a hotel where I wasn't even a guest. 5. Water pressure is super low, if you need to was shampoo from your Long hair, it will take time Hot water - he said you don't need to turn on anything. But the boiler was off when I got there + was suddenly turned off few times when I arrived back to the room, or the temperature was played with. It made me realized someone entered my room, while i want there, and without my permission (cleaning service was not included) Also the shower had was not working, i had to shower only with rain shower head.
