Apartamento de 1 dormitorio espacioso de Flisvos Marina

Positive: Arredamento curato Negative: La camera al nostro arrivo non era pronta e ho dovuto sollecitare parecchie volte affinché venisse qualcuno a pulire.

Positive: A lovely apartment in a great location. Parking was easy and readily available just outside the apartment. The host is very informative and ready to help Negative: It's a minor thing....but we were a little unsure which apartment was ours because the apartments are not numbered once inside the building. Maybe I missed something in the description... We eventually worked it out from the picture showing the balcony view.

Positive: Дуже сподобалось розташування. Ми приїхали на концерт, Water Squarе був в 15 хв пішки. Дуже класно ввечорі гуляти по набережній. Поруч є магазин, купа кафе. До пляжу також не дуже далеко пройтись парком.

Negative: Κάποιοι επισκέπτες έχουν αναφέρει κάποιο θέμα που αφορα το ζεστό νερό. Η αναφορά έγινε το 2025 και απ'οτι φαίνεται δεν έχει διορθωθεί. Το ζεστό νερό δεν είναι επαρκές αλλά κυρίως δεν υπάρχει ροή από την βρύση όταν γυρνάς τον διακόπτη της βρυσης για να έρθει το ζεστό νερό. Επισης στο σπίτι βρήκαμε 2 ψόφιες κατσαρίδες. Το μπαλκόνι βρωμικο και έχει μια γλάστρα χωρίς φυτά γεμάτη με τσιγάρα. Το επόμενο πρόβλημα που αντιμετωπίσαμε είναι ότι το διπλό κρεβάτι αποτελείται από δύο μόνα στρώματα ενωμένα και το οποίο δημιουργεί πρόβλημα όταν πρόκειται να κοιμηθεί ζευγάρι και θα έπρεπε να αναφέρεται πριν κάνει κάποιος κράτηση.

Basic accommodation close to Floisvos Promenade Positive: Good Location, right opposite of the Floisvos promenade which is why we booked it. I expeced to struggle more to find parking but we didn't which is a huge positive. Hosts were organised and sent lots of detailed instructions. Negative: Both ACs made strong noises at night when on high power. There was no Microwave which I think it is rather basic (didn't check it on description but I think it should be always a standard. Cleaning could be a bit more thorough overall. It is a basic apartment overall and it is 2-3 blocks from the closest amenities like a supermarket.
