Great location, poor customer service. Positive: The location, and that the area felt very safe are the winning combination for this property Negative: The pictures are VERY outdated, in booking.com pictures, and the Arrival guide sent prior to arrival showed plants, side tables, pillows, and a washing machine…none of these were present. The ceilings have mold on them. I sent a message to property about the pictures of washing machine, and sent photos and they said I was lying and must have been mistaken about a different property. Within 15 minutes, the photos were taken down, thankfully I screenshot the posting. They were very rude, gaslighting me like I was wrong. 24 hours of telling me I was viewing photos 3 years old, well that could be true but it was their posting. So not my fault they didn’t update them. We booked per the photos they provided online. Many sites still have the washing machine in photos. So be aware photos posted are 3 years old according to owners. They did offer $30 launder services after me calling them out for rude treatment, and calling me a liar about photos, we did turn this down as we were leaving the next day.

Positive: Skvělá lokalita, v docházkové vzdálenosti do centra města, významné památky. Rychlá a snadná komunikace s příjemným majitelem.

Ideale per brevi soggiorni, ci ritornerei,ottima pulizia Positive: Posizione ottima, in pieno centro,a due passi da tutto:negozi,taverne,metro,acropoli.Ottima pulizia.Letti comodi, doccia con tenda ma comunque comoda, riscaldamento più due condizionatori ben funzionanti, cucina attrezzata con minimo indispensabile per inizio soggiorno come sale,olio, zucchero o caffè,ambiente accogliente, al pian terreno con piccolo patio esterno con due sedie e tavolino per fumatori. Negative: Se si ha intenzione di cucinare è impossibile perché presente solo una piccola pentola e una sola padella, assenza di microonde.
