Appartement Chic - Flâner dans les rues athéniennes

Disappointing stay, not like the photos, waiting for Booking.com to resolve. Negative: Our family was very disappointed with this stay. The apartment looked and felt quite different from the listing photos: it was darker, several furnishings were missing, and the actual view from the window was not shown clearly in the listing. We also noticed a damp, musty smell that affected my asthma, and found an unclean razor and residue in the bedroom shower. The poorly lit stairwell made us feel uncomfortable; the check-in video showing the building was sent only after we had paid. We left and had to book another place at short notice. The host offered a conditional 10% refund, which did not feel fair given our experience. We had to book another place at short notice and are still waiting for Booking.com to investigate and resolve our complaint.

Positive: Très bien
