Suite Urbaine Élégante - B1

Positive: Первый раз отдыхали в Афинах, район Петралона выбрали по отзывам. Он немного отдален от центра, до Монастыраки пешком гдето 35-40 минут. Квартира хорошая, фото соответствует. В квартире есть все необходимое, хотя по размеру небольшая. Ремонт хорошо сделан, видно что следят за состоянием. Кровать и матрас хорошие. Есть плита, чайник, кофемашина, кондиционер,, утюг. Хозяин (или соужба поддержки) всегда на связи. Понравилось что прислали рекомендации куда пойти , где покушать на районе. В целом хорошее впечатление. Negative: Учитывая что квартира на 2 этаже, а окна в пол, на ночь немного страшновато оставлять открытой дверь на террасу, так как на проветривание ты уже не откроешь. Или свежий воздух и открыть дверь, или под кондиционером. Может конечно это не опасно, но мы побоялись оставлять на ночь открытым балкон,поэтому свежего воздуха мало. И еще момент, есть небольшая плесень в ваннлй. Это можно быстро убрать моющим средством, хотелось бы чтоб персонал убрал. В остальном все было хорошо.

Great experience Positive: Everything was perfect. The apartment is just one room, but it is so well designed that it immediately makes you feel at home. It has everything you need within easy reach, and all the smallest details are carefully thought out. I particularly appreciated the washing machine, which came in very handy during my stay. It is located in a quiet residential area full of supermarkets, bakeries, bars, and everyday shops, and it is not touristy at all. I really felt at home and would definitely recommend it. Negative: If I had to point out a minor improvement, I would suggest adding something to block the view of the neighboring balcony, for more privacy for both sides.

No proper heating Positive: Compact but still comfortable apartment in matter of space and facilities. Big windows for natural light and big balcony. Negative: We believe that the suite was cold during our stay there, especially the floor. The central heating was off, making it uncomfortable to be anywhere in the appartement but in the bed under the blanket with air-condition open all the time.
