M18 Studio 206: Monastiraki Gem

Great apartment with helpful communication from host Positive: Easy check in experience with lock in and all necessary information provided in advance. Nicely furnished room with good facilities (small fridge, nice bathroom, fairly comfortable bed). Also very clean. Good location - on quite a busy street but couldn’t hear any noise from the room, and plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. Negative: The entrance to the building had quite a bad smell and the stairs were a little tricky to navigate (more lighting would help!) There is a lift in the building though, so the apartment is accessible. Once you are in the area with all the apartments you can’t smell it at all and it was very clean, so not a major issue (and probably not one the host has much control over as think it’s a shared building!)

Positive: La ubicación es excelente. Cerca del metro y de la plaza de Monastiraki, centro neurálgico de compras y restaurantes. La habitación es amplia y esta equipada con micro, nevera y cafetera. Se nos quedaron unas deportivas y se pusieron en contacto con nosotros para devolvérnoslas. Negative: La habitación que nos toco se oía bastante el ruido de la calle, aunque llegábamos tan cansados de patear todo el día que dormimos igualmente. También las hay que dan a un patio interior donde no se oye nada. Las ventanas no tienen persianas. Si tienes problemas con la luz para dormir lleva antifaz.

Positive: Apartments are great, new, and clean. The host is nice and responsive . Self checkin allows flexibility. Negative: Nothing.

Ottima posizione Positive: Struttura nuova e pulita. Posizione estremamente centrale, molto comoda . La camera aveva tutto il necessario Negative: Non ci sono mai stati cambiati gli asciugamani in 4giorni
