Excellent stay Positive: The place is spacious, clean and convenient. The location is very convenient in terms of transport and it is rather central. We found the area safe. The host was very responsive and welcoming. We had an excellent stay overall and recommend this unit, especially of you're planning to use regional trains and transport often during your stay. Negative: It's quite dark in the apartment during the whole day, as the awnings on the balcony are fixed and do not offer the possibility to let the light in. No major issues overall.

Positive: The apartment was great and full of facilities. We loved that we had a washing machine, cooker/ oven and a full fridge with freezer. Negative: Just we wished to have a microwave for quick food heating since we had no time for cooking. The shower handle hook should be a bit lower in order to put the handle in place instead of keep holding it all the time during the shower.

Positive: Location above all. Less than 5 min. to metro line. Supermarket 1 Block away. Just perfect. Negative: Air conditioner was not working properlly. It was like having a construction machine inside our bedroom. We could not set a matching time to fix it, but they promissed me to have it all right for the next guest.

Posizione comoda ma casa meno lussuosa di quello che appare in foto Positive: Struttura in un’ottima posizione per la metro. Letto comodo e staff molto gentile, reattivo e disponibile. Negative: La struttura non era particolarmente pulita e molto più degradata rispetto alle foto caricate. Varie parti della casa avevano una ristrutturazione che stava cedendo. Il soffione della doccia era mezzo smontato, lo scarico della doccia non scaricava l’acqua bene e c’era polvere sui termosifoni e nei vani della camera da letto. Bagno senza finestra e pertanto con costante odore di umido/muffa. In cucina non abbiamo praticamente toccato nulla. I mobili e i lavandini erano ingialliti. Notti da incubo per mancanza di porta tra la camera e la porta principale che avrebbe probabilmente attutito i cigolii dell’ascensore che si trova adiacente alla stanza. Dolci si infundo, la penultima notte ho dovuto chiamare la polizia perché sono stata svegliata alle 5.30 da musica alta e canti dall’appartamento di fronte al nostro. All’arrivo non avevamo nè una pedana nè cuscini in più che ci sono però stati forniti in fase successiva. La fortuna di questo appartamento è la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell’host che quanto meno si è attivato subito per fornire le cose mancanti e aggiustare sia il soffione della doccia che lo scarico. Onestamente per il prezzo pagato e le foto caricate mi sarei aspettata di meglio.
