Marchez jusqu'à l'Acropole depuis un appartement minimaliste

Amazing location with everything I needed for an absolutely wonderful one week stay! Positive: The proximity to the Acropolis, metro and was close to Plaka neighborhood and shops, the availability of a nearby convenience store for food and misc items, the layout of the apartment space as well as all of the appliances that enabled me to eat in and regulate the temperature to my comfort level. Secure area with police presence at night because of the Acropolis. Trash containers were across the road. Negative: The odd opaque window in the shower that has an alcove directly on the opposite side. The light in that alcove was initially on then turned off. It made me feel uneasy that someone potentially is on the other side watching you shower.

Perfectly placed, cute apartment Positive: I couldn’t have wished for a better location. The apartment is small, but perfectly formed. The kitchen (we didn’t use it) seemed more than adequate for a few days away. It had a homely feel to it with the books and decor, I would stay here again. Negative: There are a few improvements needed. The bathroom although looks fine from a distance, needed a much better deep clean. There is also black mould in the shower. It could do with some renovation work. The bed is small, but we knew this before and managed ok with the size, my husband is 1m83 and it was just ok for him, any taller and it’s not for you. It was also sinking in the middle, so could do with a new sturdier mattress.
