Good Positive: The location is really perfect the neighborhood is nice and quiet and safe The kitchen facilities are to the point you won’t feel you need more The check in was so professional and easy Air conditioning is perfect The bed was comfortable Negative: The bathroom was really not clean it was full of ants we contacted the agent once he sent an insecticide once a pesticide company and we took it with no problem but he didn’t even care to send someone to clean after we had to clean the bathroom from the ant’s ourselves The plates and utensils in the kitchen were not clean whenever you grab something you have to rewash it They don’t offer cleaning during 5 days stay you pay 40 euros if you want Pair of towels if you need more it’s 10 euros The mentioned balcony is not really a balcony it’s shared with other rooms you can just hang the wash The outside sofa bed is horrible to sleep on so if you are 2 you will need to share the bed There was maintenance in the building which waked up every day from the noise
