nice! Positive: Privacy, clean, comfortable, complete and simple, rather new appartment in the center next to metro and shops. Negative: Lots of info like complex key lockbox system. Missed some details like map, names of where to go for easy breakfast/diner or groceries.

Central location and safe stay Positive: Location was great. 1 minute on foot to Body Shop when you check it on maps You are in the middle of shops and restaurants. Easy check in and easy check out. I had early check in for free. They explain things little bit more complicated on this platform on pdf or on videos. In reality you just go to your room and open the lockbox and have the all the keys, thats it :) So easy, I never used the emergency lockbox alternative codes, so you shouldn’t worry about it. Online support was always there during my stay. There is nespresso machine in the room as a plus. Hosts arranged my transfer too. The airport transfer was excellent. The driver was punctual, polite, and very professional. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, and the whole journey was smooth..Overall it was a safe stay in the mid of everything. I stayed alone without any big problems during my stay.. I definitely recommend. I may stay again. Negative: I stayed for three nights there are only few things I want to write as an honest person. They are not big things but I believe you are very professional so with these feedbacks you may improve your business to a next level. My towels were not replaced during my stay in 3 days, which was a bit disappointing. The lights in the room were very bright. Even when I left only the bedside light on, it was still too bright. It would have been nicer if there was a softer, dim light, something that could be used like a night lamp when you get up in the mid of the night to go to the bathroom. The rain-style shower was lovely, but having a handheld head too would have made it perfect. Sometimes it’s nice to decide whether you want a tropical storm or a gentle drizzle ::))
