Positive: Nice looking apartment. Very convenient location. Negative: The after care service is non existant.. I sent a text saying if they could provide a small step or something to tread on as I have mobility issues and knee problems. The bathroom and toilet are not level to the ground.There is a step which I made it very clear that I was struggling to get up. No reply to my text. The next day I rang and spoke to a lady who said that she will get back to me..I received a msg from them through booking.com asking how I settled in and is everything ok...I repeated my request and they replied we will get back to you...I'm just wondering what year they will get back to me as i waited with no reply.. Very disappointing. Not suitable for someone with mobility issues
