Elegante appartamento 1BR nel cuore di Koukaki

Positive: Modern inside Negative: Bathrooms was dirty and floor was not clean

Positive: Pas grand-chose à redire. Hygiène, emplacement, confort… tout était impeccable. Le métro se trouve à 5 minutes à pied, plusieurs restaurants sont accessibles en quelques pas et un supermarché est situé à seulement 50m. La seule chose qui m’a dérangé, c’est la porte d’entrée. Je n’ai jamais eu autant de mal à ouvrir une porte, au point d’avoir l’impression d’essayer de cambrioler l’immeuble. Le propriétaire est également très sympa et toujours disponible. Je ne peux que recommander!

Excellent presneted apartment in great position in Athens Positive: Great position in town in what was a surprisingly good sized apartment that was well styled, appeared newly renovated , clean and had everything you need both inside the apartment or within short walking distance including access to public transport. Negative: The only minor issue is the front entrance door lock to the complex was often temoermental, but eventually it opened the door. Something that probably needs looking into in the future.

Perfect for few days exploring Athens Positive: Very modern and convenient, equipped with everything necessary. Very responsive host, quickly accommodating requests, like later check-in or other questions. Location is not in the mids of touristic street, but makes it a bit quieter, while still felt safe. Happy with the stay. Negative: Not a fault of the host, but it is tricky to open front door due to not properly functioning lock (so be patient and you’ll learn some basic locksmith skills ;) Bed is just next to the window facing the street (privacy issue when curtains are open, although street does not have many pedestrians there), so would be great to add a tulle, some semitransparent curtain). Also the emergency green exit sign is so bright, that feels just like a disco at night - maybe possible to get smth smaller if it’s a must by law like this.

Πολύ καλό 😊 Positive: Θα το βαθμολογούσα με 9/10. Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό και γενικά πολύ καλό, χωρίς κάποιο ουσιαστικό πρόβλημα. Negative: Παρ’ όλα αυτά, μου έκανε αρνητική εντύπωση ότι δεν υπήρχε ούτε ένα μικρό μπουκαλάκι νερό ούτε μία κάψουλα καφέ. Πρόκειται για προϊόντα πολύ μικρού κόστους, αλλά θα έκαναν τον επισκέπτη να νιώσει πιο welcome από την πρώτη στιγμή. Με μια τέτοια μικρή λεπτομέρεια, η εμπειρία θα ήταν σχεδόν άψογη.
