M18 Studio 204 : Monastiraki Gem

Positive: Nothing Negative: Worst accommodation experience I have ever had. The customer service was extremely disappointing. After paying a significant amount for the stay, we received no flexibility, no understanding, and no willingness to help. When we requested fresh towels, our request was refused. When we asked for a short late check-out because of a delayed flight, we were asked to pay an additional €50 just to stay a couple more hours. What was most frustrating was the inconsistency in communication. First, the management apologized and acknowledged the issues we raised, then later claimed everything was according to their policy. Instead of focusing on guest satisfaction, every request seemed to be met with extra charges. I travel frequently and have stayed in many apartments and hotels, but I have never experienced such poor treatment. I would not stay here again and would not recommend this property to anyone looking for good customer service or hospitality.

Great hotel with an excellent location right next to the metro. The staff were very helpful and welcoming, and everythin Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were super helpful, and always happy to assist. I have stayed at a lot of hotels before, but this one definitely stands out. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

pobyt wspominam bardzo dobrze, lokalizacja była wspaniała ale jest kilka drobiazgów do poprawy Positive: ładny pokój, wygodne wejście kodem-klucze nie są potrzebne. Dźwięki z zewnątrz nie są słyszalne i nie utrudniają snu a przy takiej lokalizacji liczyłam się z tym - miłe zaskoczenie! Negative: niestety zielone światło znaku „wyjście ewakuacyjne” nad drzwiami utrudnia spanie i było powodem kilku pobudek w trakcie mojego pobytu. pokój był taki jak na zdjęciach, niestety było tylko jedno krzesło a na zdjęciach były widoczne dwa; przydałaby się druga przejściówka w łazience, skoro i czajnik i suszarka mają inne wtyczki niż gniazdka. Ściany na korytarz świetnie przepuszczają dźwięki i doskonale w środku nocy słychać ludzi, którzy wracają.
