Παρα πολυ καλο καταλυμα σε εξαιρετικη θεση με πολλα περιθορια βελτιωσης Positive: Η τοποθεσια ειναι το κυριοτερο γι αυτο το καταλυμα αρκετα μεγαλο φωτεινο και υσηχο Negative: Ο νιπτηρας και ο καθρεφτης στο μπανιο ειναι πολυ μικρα με αποτελεσμα να δυσκολευουν τη χρηση επισης το αφρολουτρο_ σαμπουαν θα μπορουσαν να ηταν καλυτερης ποιοτητας....το κρεβατι θα ηταν τελειο αν ηταν λιγο ψηλοτερο...και ενας εξωτερικος καθρεφτης στον χωρο θα ηταν πολυ χρησιμος

Positive: The location is excellent. Very good communication with the host. The place was clean and well equipped. It also provides coffee, tea, and cooking ingredients. Negative: The ac unit is relatively small for the place and not warming the place adequately.

Positive: Ulaşımı çok kolay ve her yere çok yakın konumda. Odada hemen hemen her şey var. Çamaşır makinesi deterjan falan olması çok iyiydi. Üst katta olduğu için sesten etkilenmedim. Negative: Klima çok iyi ısıtmıyor. Buz dolabı çok ses yapıyordu kapatmak zorunda kaldım. Banyo o kadar küçük ayakta sadece duyabiliyorsun egilmen mümkün değil. Sıcak su için önce ısıtıcıyi açman lazım yarım saat kadar beklemen gerekiyor. Odada mutlaka terlik olması lazım çünkü bulundugumuz konumda bez terlik bulamadık.

Okay Positive: The location was great and the staff were very helpful, responded very quickly. Negative: Hot water was an issue, you have to turn it on 30 mins in advance. The drain pipe overflow during our stay. Air conditioner wasnt working efficiently, radiators wasnt working too.

Impossible to sleep, untrustworthy owner Positive: Nothing, this is a place you should avoid at all costs Negative: Our stay was beyond disappointing—it was a nightmare. We booked this studio expecting comfort and tranquility, especially as it was during our honeymoon, but what we got instead was an unforgettable disaster. The noise from a nearby club was deafening, making it absolutely impossible to sleep. It felt like we were in the middle of a rave, not an apartment. To make matters worse, the bed was atrociously uncomfortable—like lying on a pile of rocks. We didn’t manage to sleep a single hour that night. We had planned to stay for two nights, but after enduring just one miserable night, we had no choice but to leave. It’s appalling that such basic necessities—a quiet room and a decent bed—were so utterly lacking. To top it all off, the owner promised to refund the second night but never followed through. This lack of integrity adds insult to injury, showing complete disregard for customer experience and basic decency. This stay was a profound letdown, especially as it marred what should have been a joyous honeymoon. I would strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere.

Relaxing, clean, home away from home in the best location of Athens Positive: The concept of having a self-serviced apartment for a few days, where you can come and go as you please; not worrying about whether the cleaners are fixing the room made my stay extremely relaxing. The apartment was clean and had more than what I needed. The balcony is large, and the location is perfect. The bed was incredibly comfortable too. The host’s responsiveness to my enquiries were extremely prompt and helpful. Look forward to staying again. Negative: Although the hot water is great, you need to set a timer 30-45mins in advance to get the boiler going. Not a big issue, but requires some forethought. Can’t just hop in at the drop of a hat.
