Central & Comfy 1BR apt 2mins walking from metro

Positive: Excellent location Negative: Basement, it was not very clean

Negative: just a suggestion. install a rail behind the door. someone walking in carrying luggage is likely to fall over the steps and it's quite a fall

Unpleasant stay, I never had such property from booking. Com Positive: Location Negative: 01.Property is full of cockroaches. 02. Room smells of cockroach 03. Bathroom smelly no air freshener. 04. Linen, bedcover smaller then bed. 05. Dirty towels 06.coffee machines not working, after complain did not replace in time. 07.no ventilation , it’s an underground store room, not for human living, 08. Very very bad not worth for living

Positive: Great apartment, by all you need for a nice staying in Athens! Very good facilities and perfect location right to the Metro and Tram stations! Very friendly staff!

The best apartment I’ve ever stayed in Positive: This is my fourth apartment in Athens over the past two months, and it is by far the best one. First of all, the design is minimalistic, modern, and very precise, which makes the apartment feel very spacious and highly practical. It has everything you need, and everything works perfectly. The living room is very spacious, with excellent lighting, a huge TV, and a really comfortable sofa. The bathroom was amazing. an incredibly well-designed shower and a huge sink. The kitchen was very spacious, and you could easily prepare chef-level meals in it. The bedroom was simply pleasant. The host is a wonderful person, always checking in to make sure everything is okay and asking if I need anything. The location is perfect. Beyond the fact that you have everything around you, including a train station just a 2-minute walk away, it’s simply a pleasure to walk around and explore the area. It is clean, spacious, and much calmer and higher in quality compared to other parts of Athens. There are all the shops you need nearby, including a large and affordable supermarket just a few minutes walk away. And on top of that, which for me was the best part, there is an amazing basketball court just a few minutes away on foot. In summary, everything was very pleasant and comfortable. I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and truly felt at home.
