Clean and quiet apartment just by Acropolis Positive: Fantastic location two minutes walk to Acropolis and close to everything, very central, but quiet. The street was clean, the house was clean, the apartment was super clean. We found al the essentials we needed, there was soap in the bathroom, a kettle and coffee machine in the kitchen, everything as described and better. The house owner was in touch all the time by whatsapp. There was no issue of hot water, the boiler worked just fine and once heated it kept the hot water for long time. The central heating worked automatically every evening so we didn't need to use AC for heating. Everything looked new and functioned as described Negative: Really minor issues: the door of the bedroom was squeaking, it needs a little greasing, that's all. There was a kettle, a coffee machine and a press-toaster in the kitchen as well as a stove for cooking and baking, which was fine, however no microwave (it did not say in the site there should be and anyway there is no space to add it, just noticing in the case this is important to anyone). All in all, very good value for money

Positive: Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετικό σημείο στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε δρόμο που επιτρέπεται και η στάθμευση των Ι.Χ. Ήταν καθαρό, περιποιημένο και παρείχε ότι λέει στην περιγραφή. Ήταν επίσης ζεστό καθόλη την διάρκεια της μέρας.Η κοπέλα που διαχειρίστηκε την κράτηση μας μέσω του welcomehost ανταποκρίθηκε και μας εξυπηρέτησε αμέσως σχετικά με ένα πρόβλημα που προέκυψε με το κλειδί της εξώπορτας και ήταν ευγενέστατη. Μόνο καλά λόγια έχω να πω για το κατάλυμα και την εξυπηρέτηση. Negative: Αυτό το σχόλιο αφορά περισσότερο τους τουρίστες που επισκέπτονται την πόλη για πρώτη φορά: Πρόκειται για ένα κεντρικό σημείο το οποίο είναι πολυσύχναστο με πολλά μικρά μαγαζιά τριγύρω. Η γειτονιά είναι ζωντανή τις περισσότερες ώρες τις ημέρας κάτι που εμάς προσωπικά μας άρεσε πολύ. Για κάποιον που προτιμάει περισσότερο την ησυχία και έχει δυσκολία με τον ύπνο ίσως δεν είναι το ιδανικό κατάλυμα. Σε καμία περίπτωση το γεγονός αυτό δεν υποβαθμίζει το ίδιο το κατάλυμα και τους ανθρώπους που το διαχειρίζονται.

Super séjour Positive: La localisation est vraiment un énorme point fort, tout est à faire à pied autour, le quartier est sécuritaire et les explications pour accéder à l’appartement sont vraiment détaillées et super simples Negative: Tout était super

Super!! Positive: L’emplacement est exceptionnel, la propreté était irréprochable, l’hôte toujours disponible, et les tutoriels très bien pensés pour faciliter le séjour. Negative: Seul petit bémol : le ballon d’eau chaude est un peu juste pour deux amateurs de douches bien chaudes, mais en espaçant les douches (matin/soir), tout roule.

Second time staying, highly recommend for a pleasant, safe, and comfortable experience! Positive: This is my second time staying here, I really love it and am returning again soon and hope to continue to stay here in future visits. It is a very nice, safe, quiet, and clean apartment in an area close to many convenient things like stores, museums, restaurants, and many famous tourist attractions. The property manager is wonderful and I have had great experiences both time I stayed here.
