Stylish Urban Suite - B1

Great experience Positive: Everything was perfect. The apartment is just one room, but it is so well designed that it immediately makes you feel at home. It has everything you need within easy reach, and all the smallest details are carefully thought out. I particularly appreciated the washing machine, which came in very handy during my stay. It is located in a quiet residential area full of supermarkets, bakeries, bars, and everyday shops, and it is not touristy at all. I really felt at home and would definitely recommend it. Negative: If I had to point out a minor improvement, I would suggest adding something to block the view of the neighboring balcony, for more privacy for both sides.

No proper heating Positive: Compact but still comfortable apartment in matter of space and facilities. Big windows for natural light and big balcony. Negative: We believe that the suite was cold during our stay there, especially the floor. The central heating was off, making it uncomfortable to be anywhere in the appartement but in the bed under the blanket with air-condition open all the time.

Very good overall! Positive: The location is excellent especially for tourists visiting Athens as the location is central and with great accessibility but in a quiet neighbourhood. The flats are made for short term bb booking but they are good quality. The bed could be better but was acceptable. The location and the value for money will satisfy most. Negative: The apartment needed a couple of tall stools for people that need to work on their laptops in the breakfast bar area. The wifi was problematic - not sure if it was shared but there were often drop outs and I would not trust it for high stakes work.
