Positive: Η τοποθεσία και το μέγεθος του σπιτιου Negative: Το σπιτι ήταν αρκετά βρώμικο και ταλαιπωρημενο. Κάποια πόμολα ήταν σπασμένα, το πλυντήριο ρούχων πολυ βρώμικο τα σκεύη κουζίνας θέλουν άμεσα αντικατάσταση

Overall good stay Positive: Close enough to the metro, foosball, overall good Negative: Bathroom was ok but not great, kitchen was very old

Positive: Υπέροχο σπίτι, είχε οτιδήποτε μπορεί κάποιος να χρειαστεί και σε απίστευτη τοποθεσία! Άνετα κρεβάτια, πεντακάθαρα όλα και υπέροχα διακοσμημένος χώρος! Θα το ξαναπροτιμησουμε σίγουρα!

Mooi, ruim en comfortabel apartement Positive: Zeer comfortabel apartement. Veel ruimte en goed ingericht. 2 metro stations op loopafstand. Ruim balkon. Negative: Jammer genoeg aan een vrij drukke weg.

Positive: A spacious flat ideal for 3+ people, with two big rooms with comfy double beds plus extra portable beds which we didn’t need. The location is very good and suitable for our needs, close to the metro station walking distance , very close to a bakery shop and relatively near a super market. The owner is nearby and reachable and was kind enough to come and say Happy New Year and bring a cake which was very sweet of him. Negative: The amenities of the house need replacement i.e. espresso coffee machine and equipment for greek coffee making. In general there was adequate equipment in the kitchen which was good but it would be nice if it was clean and/or new. Finally, we would appreciate if there was a bottle of water waiting for us in the fridge upon arrival since when arriving to a place you know nothing about the neighborhood during the night its tough to go shopping. That being said this is just me, since the pot water of Athens is perfectly drinkable.
