Athens Gem in Koukaki

Kitchen basics missing and inconvenient check out. Negative: Early check out at 11:00 and no option to store luggage for two hours, had to cab to storage and spend another Eur30 for 90 minutes.

Except for the water heater—perfect. Positive: The apartment is charming, nicely decorated, pleasant, and all clean and new. It is well-lit and very spacious. The location is excellent—there is a bar-restaurant right across the street, and the neighborhood is full of cafes and restaurants. The metro and bus lines are within a 5-minute walk. The host was available at all times and was polite and pleasant. One of the towels was stained, so they replaced our towels the next day. Overall, it was very good. Negative: The hot water heater provides enough for only one hot shower—and no more than five minutes of hot water at that—even after running it for the required amount of time. The second shower always started with lukewarm water and ended cold. The apartment is suitable for at least four people (there are two double bedrooms), but the hot water heater issue needs to be addressed.

Positive: Posizione vicino alla metro. Negative: Ho trovato poca pulizia, condizionatore che emanava un odore di umido.

Positive: Mieszkanie jest perfekcyjne. Znakomita lokalizacja, wszędzie w zasięgu 10 min spacerem. W okolicy sklepy, piekarnie, kawiarnie. Mieszkanie jest bardzo czyste, komfortowe, przyjemne. Klimatyzacja działa bez problemu, Wi-Fi również. Wszystko jak na zdjęciach. Świetny kontakt z właścicielem. Negative: Nie było takich rzeczy.

Positive: Ubytování i lokalita bytu splnily očekávání. Negative: V jednom z pokojů nebyla funkční roleta a sprcha by potřebovala opravu (posílám 2x foto)
