If you want to enjoy Athens, stay here. Positive: The location and cleanesness of the apartment was amazing. Very well equipped and fast communication with the owner.

Una estancia agradable en un apartamento apartado del meollo turístico, pero no lejos del centro. Positive: Apartamento espacioso no muy lejos del centro. Barrio tranquilo y agradable. Negative: El papel de water no se puede echar al retrete. Al parecer corre el riesgo de atascarse.

Positive: Πολύ καθαρός χώρος, αναπαυτικό κρεβάτι και πολύ όμορφο το καθιστικό

Positive: Clean newly renovated appartment. Kitchen well equiped. Comfortable bed. Nice balcony with table for breakfast....

Lacking basic cleanliness Positive: Nice cafes in the area, walking distance to the main sights. Negative: The cleanliness of the place was definitely not what you can expect for a place with such good ratings and for this price!! On arrival, there were hairs on the bathroom floor and in one of the beds, crumbs on the floor, a big and sticky stain on the floor next to the bed, missing sheets on the beds.. after immediately pointing this out to the company who rents out the apartment, it was promised that someone would come to clean again while I was out, however, they only came 5 hours later, at 8:30 pm on a Sunday night after I was already back at the place and wanting to get some rest… I don’t know if this was a one time mistake, but it didn’t leave a good impression at all. It seems like it’s just one of those companies who buy up apartments and rent it out for maximum profit. I checked out the next day, despite having booked 4 nights. Only about a 25 percent refund was granted.
