Positive: Spacy, clean, full of things of first necessity, including coffee, spices for cooking, oil, washing detergent for the washing machine, shower gel, etc.
Negative: A bit noisy, you need earplugs to sleep well.

Negative: In der Nacht sehr laut, Straßenlärm, jeder vorbeifahrende Zug hupt vor dem Gebäude.
