The Bohemian City Nest

Positive: Tesisin konumu iyiydi, tüm turistik yerlere 5-10 dakikalık yürüme mesafesindeydi. Eve girmeden önce çok detaylı bir bilgilendirme yapıldı. Anahtarları kolayca aldık, bunun için ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Tesisin olduğu bölge güvenli, çevrede pek çok restorant, fırın ve içecek alınabilecek satış noktası vardı. Evin içerisinde tüm malzemeler eksiksizdi ve çalışıyordu. Herşey fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Negative: Ev çok havasızdı ve nem kokuyordu, 4 gecelik konaklamamız boyunca sürekli evi havalandırmamıza rağmen nem kokusu bir türlü geçmedi. Evin panjurları fotograflarda görüldüğü gibi tahtadandı ancak özellikle ön taraftaki odada çok fazla gürültü duyuluyordu. Sokak çok yoğun olmamasına rağmen her geçen arabanın sesiyle uykumuz bölündü. Banyoda duş başlığını takacak bir yer yok. Çok büyük bir sorun değil ama düzeltilebilir. Küçük tuvaletin lambası yanmıyordu, banyodaki tuvaletin de su hattı arızalıydı. Kaçak olduğu için suyu sürekli açıp, kapatmak zorunda kaldık. Ev genel anlamda temiz olmasına rağmen son gün evde hamamböceği çıktı. Daha iyi ilaçlama yapılması gerekiyor.

Très bon séjour Positive: Hébergement atypique, spacieux, avec beaucoup de charme. Arrivée autonome avec boîte à clés. Emplacement exceptionnel pour visiter le centre d'Athènes et l'Acropole. Des restaurants et commerces à proximité. Le métro est à 5 min à pied. Negative: La connexion Wi-Fi pourrait être meilleure. En rez de chaussée donc assez bruyant. Quelques cafards...

The Bohemian City Nest is a great place to nest in Athens Positive: I enjoyed the eclectic decor, the fantastic location and the responsiveness of the host. Negative: I am not big fan of handheld showers but I know that is the norm in EU residences.

Best location you can get Positive: Location, location, location. The location was just the best. Walking distance to all the sights, just few steps to Acropolis. Nice restaurants just around the corner and a supermarket two blocks away. The apartment was clean, huge, two toilets and nicely decorated. A/C in every room. I would return to this accommodation, if I would be back to Athens. Negative: The main bedroom faces the street, it is quite noisy, earplugs are a must. Apartment was quite humid, I could smell the humidity/mold, but I think this is something you cannot avoid in old buildings, especially when on groud floor. If you are afraid of bugs, do not look to the cleaning closet in the bathroom (I did, because I was looking for toilet paper). HUGE cockroaches, but fortunately all dead. I know this is also something you cannot avoid in Athens, it is full of roaches. We did not see any in the apartment. Only half a roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days, we had to go buy some more.

Schön eingerichtete Wohnung an Top-Lage Positive: Die Lage zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten war sensationell! Der Vermieter war sehr, sehr nett. Alle nötigen Informationen kamen früh genug. Er fragte vor Ort auch nach, ob alles gut sei. Ich kann nichts negatives sagen.
