דירה במיקום מצויין עם נוף מדהים. תמורה טובה למחיר.
Positive: מיקום מעולה ,מרכזי לכל מקום הלכנו ברגל. המון מסעדות, ברים, חנויות שוות. החדר ממש מרווח, יש מטבח מאובזר היטב,מכונת קפה.הכניסה פשוטה ונגישה. הנוף לאקרופוליס מדהים.
Negative: יש בקומה מעל בר על הגג פתוח עד השעות הקטנות ויש קצת רעש מהרחוב למי שרגיש לרעש. היה מועיל אם היה מדף להניח עליו את כלי הרחצה ליד הכיור. בחדר יש שלט מעל הדלת שמאיר בלילה ולא ניתן לכיבוי.
