Convenient bright flat - 50m from metro

Great location and spacious apartment,but comfort is affected by noise, smell & outdated facilities. Positive: We stayed here for 6 nights. Pros: • Very good location, just 3–4 minutes’ walk from the nearest metro station. • The apartment is spacious and generally clean, with 1 bedroom, a large living room, 1 bathroom, and a big kitchen. • Laundry is a big plus. • The accommodation app is quite useful and helpful. • The host is making an effort and seems dedicated to improving the property. Negative: The surrounding area feels a bit unsafe, and the building is very old with an unpleasant smell. • The elevator is small, outdated, and has no security door—only fits 2 people with luggage. • Noise was an issue, both from the street and from neighbors arguing late at night (around 12:30 am and again at 4:30 am). • Several appliances need improvement: • The iron was unusable due to burnt fabric and hair stuck to it. • The induction oven was only used on the last day because of delayed communication with the host. • The kettle was unreliable. • Issues were reported but not fixed, and replacements were not provided. TV was unable to connect to the internet but it’s not a big deal. • A request for garbage collection was not carried out. • The bathroom has no shower door, so you need to be careful not to splash water and use handheld shower.

Positive: Все соответствовало фотографиям. Было чисто уютно, не шумно. Так же понравилось что все достопримечательности были довольно рядом. Negative: Была проблема с wi-fi. Но как только я написал владельцу, буквально через 5 минут он разобрался.

Positive: Remek elhelyezkedés. Negative: Hangos volt a klima, sokat kellett várni a meleg vízre.

Awesome ☺️ Positive: It’s only a 10-minute metro ride to the city center and just 2 minutes away from public transportation. The location is really great. The apartment is clean and spacious, and it has everything you might need. Both rooms have air conditioning, and the balcony is lovely. On Wednesdays, there’s a local market set up right in front of the house. There’s a supermarket on the same street, but I don’t recommend shopping at the small corner mini markets — they’re overpriced and the quality isn’t very good. The stay is self-service, but they provide excellent and detailed information about everything, from transportation and key collection to using the appliances in the apartment. They respond to messages on Booking very quickly and are always helpful. I stayed alone, but it’s also perfect for families. I definitely recommend it! Dilersen tonunu biraz daha resmi veya daha samimi şekilde de ayarlayabilirim! Negative: The showerhead holder on the wall doesn’t move up or down, so you have to hold the showerhead with your hand while showering. If this could be fixed, everything would be perfect.

Positive: Lovely flat. Clean. Well located. Well equipped.
