M18 Studio 203: Monastiraki Gem

Fabulous stay in the city center Positive: The accommodation is literally in the city center, walking distance to main tourist places, restaurants, neighborhoods. The apartment is super easily accessible, the short video shared prior to my arrival was just spot on and I had no issues to find and access the building, apartment. It's brand new, fully equipped with everything you need for a stay in the city. The whole apartment is super modern, clean and newly furnished (hair dryer, fridge, AC, iron, microwave oven, etc.). I extremely appreciated also the fact that the owners / providers were checking on me each day couple of times during the day, asking how they can help , or guide in case I need anything additionally, also sharing some useful tips and links with me. I had a fabulous stay and would recommend to anyone who is looking for a clean, cozy and close place to stay in the city center. Negative: There was not a single thing I did not like.

Apart from the step, everything is good. Positive: The owner is good, Everyday sends message for service. The location is perfect, there is a super market open 24 hours a day beside the apartment., and there are a lot of restaurants nearby. But there is a step between bedroom and bathroom,that is very unconvincing!

Awesome apartment for a first-time visitor to Athens Positive: Excellent location, very comfortable apartment. Well-run, clean, good facilities. Lots of natural light, good ventilation and layout. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Positive: Three nights in a comfortable room suitable for a couple, in a winning location at the entrance to Psirri and 100 meters from the Monastiraki train station so that we didn't even have to take a taxi to the airport as there is a nearby train. The room is equipped with a kettle, coffee, tea, sugar, microwave and fridge but there is almost no need when the street is full of restaurants and shops. The room is modern, the check-in with a code is smooth and fast. I would add one or two more hangers in the shower for towels, increase the strength of the hot water flow a little, add a dark curtain for blackout and maybe a wardrobe for clothes instead of the open hanger chest. These are all small details and the main thing is the place that gives excellent value for the price. I will definitely return to the same place in the future

Positive: Great value for money. Location is outstanding. Walking distance to all the major attractions within the city center. The communication with the host is also flawless. I would book again.
