Great location for a short stay Positive: Really great location Negative: Aircon didn’t work properly

Great location, but house needs to be upgraded to demand rental price. Positive: - Location is great, at the base of the Acropolis in Plaka. Loads of restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to many sites. - Balcony with beautiful view of Athens. Neighbouring homes not so nice looking. - Fair-sized house with make-shift kitchenette and private WC. Negative: - Check-in was horrible. App kept looping and we were not able to obtain entry info. After about 2 hours, host company sent us a link, which resolved the issue. This should have been sent us at the outset. - A/C barely cooled the room. First night was very hot. - This is an old house and has not been properly sealed or sanitized. We had visitors (cockroaches) every night. I had to use my sandal to bring them under control. (Not for the squeamish)

Great location in Plaka Positive: We loved the location, so easy to walk to all the major sites we wanted to see. The balcony was lovely. There wasn't a table to sit at, but the outside table worked. Negative: The bathroom is getting a little old, and there was only a handheld shower. The place felt really secure with the coded entry and alarm system. It just makes it a little stressful in case you get it wrong. Google took us to a second entry at the same address, basically in the street behind, and both have green doors!!

priceless views that will make your athens experience 10x better Positive: The view alone makes this stay 1000% worth it. Waking up and watching the sunset overlooking the plaka neighborhood right from the balcony was actually so unreal. It is literally in the dream location being close to the city center/the acropolis. Other tourists will come to this area to tour this super aesthetic neighborhood and take photos in front of this house, and you’ll have access to these views 24/7 during your stay. All the decorations inside the house go perfectly well with the vibes of the stay. Has everything you may need, including a small fridge, water boiler, etc. Negative: Some things that i think could be improved: 1. Add a mount for the shower head 2. Add a curtain to the bathroom window (was a little worried tht the unit below may accidentally walk up to the balcony and see through the bathroom window)

Positive: Отличный отель с очень удачным расположением в крутой исторической локации. Тихо, красиво и при этом всё рядом. Прекрасная терраса с видом на город.
