Casa Plaka Akrokeramo #2

Great stay in the heart of Plaka! Positive: Excellent location, we didn't even take the subway, it's very walkable. The room is large enough for 3 people with lots of luggage and very pleasant. The kitchen is fine if you don't plan to cook. The bathroom is quirky, but it's remodeled and very functional now that they solved the shower water problem. Negative: I didn't have a problem with the 2 flights of stairs, but others may have. At the time of my booking the description mentioned a washing machine, but there isn't one.

Positive: • Peaceful and quiet atmosphere — perfect for relaxing • Exceptionally clean and comfortable interior • Ideal location — walking distance to restaurants, shops, and historic sites in Plaka • Well-equipped kitchen for easy meal preparation • Good Wi-Fi — reliable for work or streaming • Air conditioning — kept the space cool and comfortable • Iron provided — helpful for longer stays or packing light • Friendly and responsive host — great communication throughout ⸻ Negative: • No fan available — air conditioning was helpful, but a fan would’ve been nice for air circulation • No outdoor area or balcony to sit and relax

Great value for money, perfect location. Positive: The room is spacious with plenty of space, the kitchen is well-equipped. The bathroom has separate sections so the entire bathroom is not wet when you shower which is not the case in some properties. Everything was clean and well thought out. There are pretty much all the amenities one might need for a vacation. The host is friendly and very helpful and responsive.

Amazing location+ Amazing Host Positive: Fantastic Central location in Plaka and fantastic receptive host. Clear instructions on how to find the apartment and how to locate keys, how was available at all times and messages back at lighting pace. Rooms are very pleasant with big fridge and cold A/C. Would look nowhere else if visiting Athens again Negative: None to think of

Positive: El apartamento es muy lindo, en pleno corazón de Plaka, cómodo, con todo lo necesario, es posible regresar al apartamento si se te olvidó algo o simplemente a refrescarte por un momento, el anfitrión en todo momento estuvo atento, en la reseñas todos se quejan del baño, pero realmente no es problema alguno, sólo un poco pequeño. Estuvimos muy contentos Negative: Que el personal de limpieza llegó antes de tiempo, mientras desayunábamos fuera, esos 30 min restantes nos hubieran ayudado a dejar el apartamento con comodidad, pasar al baño, lavarnos dientes, etc, ya que ya había levantado la bolsa de basura y tirado nuestras botellas de agua
