Apartamentos Atenienses - Syntagma sq.

Positive: Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία (πάροδος Ερμού), ασφαλές πολυκατοικία (πόρτα και παράθυρα ασφαλείας, καγκελόπορτα στην είσοδο), τέλεια ηχομόνωση, (δεν ακούς ούτε καζανάκι από τα άλλα διαμερίσματα), πολύ άνετο και καθαρό διαμέρισμα φουλ εξοπλισμένο.

Fantastic host, great location! Construction work this year but very quiet the previous years Positive: Fantastic host, and a great location right in the city centre but, in general, very quiet. The living room is large enough to not feel cramped, and there is a small kitchen sufficient for short stays. We have been coming for many years and are always happy to return, mostly because of the always reliable and helpful host and the good location. Negative: The apartments are beginning to show their age a bit: There are a number of small things beginning to fall apart / rattle, but nothing to seriously be a bother. The hot water system that requires you to turn on the heater 15-30 mins before showering is a little annoying but very common in Greece, so that's just something to accept as a visitor. The only major issue for us was the noise this year from nearby construction work both late at night and early in the morning, even on the weekend. Our host tried to be supportive as much as he could but we were only there for a few days, and not much could be done in that timeframe. That said, we have been here many years and this was the only year we've had that problem, and I assume it was a one-off issue. Prices have gone up substantially with the geopolitical adventures in the last years (far more than inflation) but that is sadly true for the area, so it's either accept that, or go to a different area / country.

Positive: The location was perfect!!! On Ermou street, you can walk everywhere in Athens! The room was big and clean. If I come to Athens again I would love to stay here again!! Thank uu

Modern, kényelmes tágas apartman, kiemelten jó elhelyezkedéssel, jó kommunikáció a szállásadóval. Positive: A szállás elheylyezkedése kiváló, nem is vettük igénybe a tömegközlekedést érkezés után, minden általunk választott nevezetesség sétatávolságra volt tőlünk. Biztonságos és vásárlási, étkezési lehetőségekkel teli régióban szállhattuk meg. A felszereltség hiánytalan, az apartman tágas és kényelmes. A természetes fény mértéke pont elég szerintem. A fürdő nagyon szép, tiszta, kávéfőző és vízforraló mellett mikró, főzőlap és szendvicssütő is rendelkezésünkre állt, több mint elegendő.:) A nappali modern, letisztult, okos TV-vel és légkondicionálóval ellátott. A hálószoba szintén nagy, tágas, itt is van légkondi és TV. A ki- és bejelentkezés rugalmas volt. A reptéri járatok is egyszerűen megközelíthetők. Az apartman olyan mint a képeken, sőt, szerintem jobb élőben. A szállásadó hamar válaszolt az üzenetekre, sőt rá is kérdezett, hogy minden rendben van-e, plusz infókat is küldött segítségül, ami szimpatikus volt.:) Negative: Nem volt ilyen.
