Location, kitchen tools and interior design Positive: Apartment is nice and from interior design view very well made, however refreshing is very necessary. Kitchen is nicely equipped and easily can prepare any kid of meal (from my point of view). Balcony is nice, however view is directly in to the opposite building. From the pictures, I was expecting that 3 min to Acropolis, means at least we would see it somewhere in the area- unfortunately not the case. Negative: Interior refreshment. Only suitable for 2 people, even for a child sleeping on the living room couch is hard…

Comfortable stay in Koukaki neighborhood Positive: Modern (bit minimalist) and stylishly refurbished apartment. On the 3rd floor. 2 elevators. Clear instructions in-app for check-in (lockbox). Fast responses from the rental company. Just a few minutes walk from Acropolis museum and metro stations Akropoli and Syggrou-Fix (red Line/M2). Plenty of restaurants, bars and supermarkets nearby. Great burger place and pizza place, right next door of the apartment building. Comfortable double bed with 100% cotton bedlinen. Blackout rolling blinds. 2 A/C-units for cooling and heating. Plus an additional portable electric heater. Balcony faces quieter Falirou street. Kitchen has sufficient amenities for self-catering. Including coffee/tea/salt/pepper/oil/vinegar. Good water pressure in the shower. WiFi speed is adequate (25/5Mbps). Washing machine with detergent available. Basic cleaning tools and detergents available. Negative: Lighting in the apartment and bedroom is very bright. Only few options to make it more ambient. Would suggest an additional floor lamp in the living room and an extra bedside lamp with warmer 2700K bulbs. Also some big (artificial) plants would give the place a more homey and welcoming feeling. For light sleepers, it's advisable to wear earplugs. Sometimes some noise coming from neighboring apartments or nearby construction or traffic noises from the streets are audible. Though nights are generally quiet from 10pm till 7am. A toaster or sandwich maker as listed was not found. But could be requested, I guess.

Definitely stay here Positive: Clean modern spacious apartment felt very homely. Safe area, right on a trolley bus route and very near metro. Very near Acropolis museum. Bed comfy, apartment was warm. Kitchen very well equipped.. appreciated the filter coffee. good WiFi. Lots of info. You could stay a week no problem Negative: Nothing
